What is the effect of the value of the Australian dollar falling in terms of value against the us dollar when determining the cost of funds borrowed from America?

As per my knowledge Australian dollar had fallen almost 1/3 compare to US dollar. That means the Australian Dollar has become weaken comparatively. All you have to do is to pay the negative amount.
