QuickBooks accounting is designed for small businesses where you can input unlimited transactions, track GST, track and mange inventory and finance; however it does not have payroll and employee management.
QuickBooks Plus has in addition payroll, employee organiser and reckon tools
QuickBooks Premier has in addition to QuickBooks plus following features : multi user enabled, multicurrency enabled, estimates quotes and job costing, Microsoft outlook integration and advanced inventory features.
